Offering nine unique sessions, the primary goal of the Inclusive Leadership learning cohort is to prepare graduate students with inclusive leadership skills that they can apply now and in the future. Leaders with this skillset can help build and sustain inclusive cultures at every level within our institutions, organizations, and communities. Inclusive leadership training is both critical for individual leadership development and essential for building a collective movement to support lasting structural change. Graduate students will create a personal definition of inclusive leadership and a plan for applying those skills in ways that make a difference in various spheres of influence and professional contexts.

In addition to expert facilitator-led sessions, prominent guest speakers and DEI leaders from various industry and academic contexts will share personal stories, practical strategies, and ways they promote individual and collective action.
