The arts have a profound impact on our world. Where art intersects issues, disciplines, industries, and our daily reality, it has the power to be a mechanism for change in our society. Let us discuss, engage, and innovate together in articulating and magnifying the impact of the arts on humanity. In this day-long symposium, experience hands-on workshops and panel discussions; network with art professionals, practitioners, and potential collaborators; engage and deepen your relationship with the Princeton arts community and join us in developing an action plan for how nurturing the arts at the intersection of______ can make for both a more resilient arts landscape and more equitable, vibrant, healthy communities. Sessions featuring professors, alums, thought leaders and innovators across disciplines will focus on the intersection of: Arts X Health; Arts X Education; Arts X Climate; Arts X Technology; Arts X Policy. Current campus partners include McCarter Theater and GRADFutures; we are in conversation also with CreativeX, Department of Music, Princeton University Art Museum, Princeton Neuroscience Institute, SPIA, School of Engineering, and others.

Meet the Facilitator: Pilar Castro-Kiltz is an advisor, consultant, and entrepreneur who guides organizations through improving their strategies, operations, and communications.

In her work at More Canvas Consulting, which she founded in 2014, Pilar collaborates with leaders and managers to chart the path forward, offering fresh, experienced perspective while generating materials that will help organizations guide all stakeholders through change, whether that’s customers or donors, funders, employees, or constituents. Simultaneously, the More Canvas team immerses themselves in the work of the business, adding immediate capacity and collecting insights to design new processes and communications that are fully customized to the culture and needs of the company.
