The Health & Science Consulting Trek will visit ZS Associates and Maple.
ZS Associates is a management consulting and technology company that partners with our clients to improve life and how we live it. We transform ideas into impact by bringing together data, science, technology and human ingenuity to deliver better outcomes for all. During the visit students will have the opportunity for an office tour, ZS company overview, mini case workshop, and Q&A/ networking with Princeton alumni and NY office ZSers.
Maple is an early stage health tech start-up focused on building a centralized workforce management suite for operators in the long-term care health industry. Maple provides scheduling, time & attendance, payroll and analytics software. This visit will include an interactive presentation about the company, a mock case study in small groups followed by a discussion with staff, breakouts with different departments, including Strategy & Operations, Product Management, Engineering and Account Management.
*Please note that all City Treks are open to all years and all majors. The Health & Science Consulting Trek is not geared toward exclusively pre-health students but both employers do tend to hire from STEM fields.
IMPORTANT: All interested students must fill out the registration form linked to the “Register” button in MyPrincetonU. You will receive an update on your status (registered or waitlisted) via email on a rolling basis through December 20, 2024. Registrations submitted after December 20th will receive a status update by Friday, January 3, 2025. All accepted and waitlisted students are required to attend a mandatory virtual orientation session during the week of January 6, 2025 to be eligible to participate in City Treks.
To request accommodations for this event, please contact mrooney@princeton.edu as soon as possible.
**WINTERSESSION TRIPS NO-SHOW PENALTY**
Given the limited number of trips available, the long waitlists for trips, and the significant investment of resources to make trips possible, trip registrants who are no-shows and did not cancel their registration with mrooney@princeton.edu at least 72 hours in advance of their trip will be charged $50 via their student account.
The only cancellations that will be accepted within 72 hours prior to the trip without the penalty fee must include a doctor’s note. Otherwise the $50 no-show fee will be charged.
