The Program in Latin American Studies (PLAS) promotes interdisciplinary study and seeks to foster knowledge of Latin America, Brazil, and the Caribbean. 

Be sure to join us for our Sophomore Open House to learn more! Interested first-year students are welcomed to attend.

  • Mentorship by 55 affiliated faculty from 21 different departments and schools
  • At least 50 cross listed courses on a Latin American topic per year
