School getting busy? Need somewhere to chill out? Every other Sunday from 2–3 PM in Murray-Dodge 301 (Meditation Room), we gather for a simple, grounding practice: 45 minutes of meditation followed by 15 minutes of reflection and sharing. No prior experience is needed—just bring yourself and take a mindful pause.
