Details

Abdulrazak Gurnah is a Tanzanian-born British novelist and academic, best know Gurnah for his novels about the effects of colonialism and displacement in the world. In 2021, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature for his “uncompromising and compassionate penetration of the effects of colonialism."
