Details

Tai Chi and qigong offer gentle ways to help calm the mind and relax the body. Tai Chi movements flow like a slow-motion dance, while qigong focuses on coordinated breathing. As a Taoist martial art, Tai Chi encourages us to move naturally and effortlessly—embracing the principle of wuwei, or "not-doing" so that our doing happens more easily and optimally. The practice of Tai Chi can improve our physical performance, mental focus, and ability to stay calm and relaxed even in the midst of busy days and challenging goals.
Drop-ins are welcome at any time -- no previous experience is needed.
Freely offered to the Princeton University community by the Princeton Tai Chi Club.
This event is open to all Princeton University students, faculty, and staff.
