11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Doing the work (of being a student, being in service, being in leadership) can be hard. It takes intention, and attention to give yourself the energy, compassion, and acknowledgement necessary to sustain the things that matter to you. Gather together so we can practice some ways of being that will feel nourishing, empowering, and real. Come to learn, reflect and make your plan for what sustainable self-care will look like for you in this season of your life.
