Starting graduate school is exciting—but it can also feel overwhelming. Join us for "Grad Student 101: Thriving in Grad School!", a lunch and learn session designed to help you plan your grad school journey, balance career goals with well-being, and set yourself up for success.

We’ll get into questions like:
How do you plan a holistic grad school journey that supports both career and personal growth?
How do you manage your relationship with your advisor?
How do you balance research and career ambition with well-being and avoid burnout?

Speakers include Dean Sonali Majumdar (Assistant Dean for Professional Development, GradFutures), Dean Julie Yun (Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion, SEAS), and McGraw Grad Peer Coaches!

This event is open to all Princeton graduate students regardless of identity.
