What brings you joy? How can you develop daily rituals that nourish your spirit amid the stressors of life? This session will invite participants to get curious about what feels meaningful to them and to consider how they might align their days accordingly. Dinner from Morgan’s Island Grill will be served starting at 4:45pm.
Food Provided (Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian options will be provided. )
