Join us for a trauma-informed guided relaxation practice that will help you access deep states of rest and recovery that benefit your physical, emotional, and mental health. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. You are also welcome to bring a soft blanket, cozy slippers, a pillow, or any other items that help you feel safe and relaxed.
