Heard about Tai Chi (or maybe didn’t?) and open to giving it a try? Want to learn how to maintain a relaxed state in stressful circumstances? Wonder how to expand your awareness? Please join us for a 90-minute exploration, where we’ll learn some Tai Chi moves; Experience how physics can help us with movement and awareness; Experiment with our body physiology to discover how we can be stronger with less effort. Our goal is to give you a sampler of the ancient art of Tai Chi for you to enjoy and take home. Applying Tai Chi in life helps us be less stressed and more relaxed and we would love to share it with you.
