Come and learn how to build a web application from scratch. We’ll cover the basics of web development and build a small web application using the Ruby programming language. We'll talk about front-end development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), back-end development (with Ruby), and the HTTP life-cycle that ties it all together. You’ll need a laptop, a text editor, and some basic programming skills to get the most out of this workshop. But if you just want to come, watch, and learn you are more than welcome to attend as well.
