Celebrate Outdoor Action and springtime with a relaxing hike through the Institute Woods. The hike will include tree identification, animal tracking, and birding. We love this area -- full of natural splendor -- and think you will too! Meet us at Frist N. Lawn and we will shuttle you to the Institute Woods.

Each participant must…
• Be able to perceive and comprehend the inherent risks of the activity, including, but not limited to, the ones previously identified by OA leaders.
• Be able to stay alert and focus attention for the duration of the class or outing.
• Be able to effectively signal or notify OA leaders of other participants of personal distress, injury or need for assistance.
• Be able to manage all personal care or activities of daily living independently or with the assistance of a companion, excluding the OA leaders.
• Be able to contribute to a safe learning environment – no harassing or abusive behavior of others for any reason.
• Be able to follow verbal and/or visual presentation independently or with assistance of a companion or adaptive equipment.
• Be able to practice Leave-No-Trace principals.
