2026 Douglass Day Transcribe-a-thon

Join us for Douglass Day 2026, a transcribe-a-thon featuring records from the historic Colored Conventions movement at one of our multiple transcription locations. A cake-cutting will take place at 1pm at each location:

Commons Library, Princeton University Library
Mercer County Library: Hopewell Branch
Pennington Public Library
Princeton Public Library, Tech Center
Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum

A limited number of computers will be available at the four library locations, so please bring a laptop if possible. Those attending at the museum will need to bring a laptop as none are available on site.
