This event will feature a work-in-progress screening of Nicolás Pereda’s Everything Else Is Noise, followed by a Q&A on the film. Preceding the screening, Pereda will give an artist talk reflecting on key aspects of his practice, including time, repetition, hybrid filmmaking, and the representation of labor on screen. He will also discuss his long-standing collaboration with a theater collective that has been central to his work, while considering broader questions around cinematic conventions and the mechanisms of representation.

ABOUT OUR GUEST SPEAKER
