Through a series of panels and discussions, participants will exchange experiences, research, and practical approaches to some of the most pressing challenges facing cities. Sessions will explore pathways toward zero-waste, resource-circular cities;the use of open data, models, and innovations to design low-carbon, sustainable, and healthy cities;and innovations for building heat resilience. The program will also highlight opportunities for partnerships across cities, academia, government, and other organizations to translate knowledge and innovation into impact.
The event is hosted by Princeton University, ICLEI USA, and the Consulate General of India in New York City and will provide a forum for dialogue across science, policy, and practice.
