Details
A portion of the exhibition from the Grounds for Sculpture has been borrowed for this Wintersession. Through this exhibition we celebrate the rich tapestry and diversity of the Indian community, which is the largest ethnic group among the Asian diaspora in New Jersey. The 15 individuals appearing in these videos, reflect a broad scope of lived experiences. Collectively, the storytellers originate from different regions of India and throughout the world, speak more than 10 languages, and practice seven distinct faiths. While all of the storytellers live within New Jersey and have Indian roots, their experiences are specific to the individuals. Learn more about the exhibition. We recommend bringing a personal device and headphones for this session.
