Laurent Warlouzet is Professor of History at Sorbonne Université, former postdoctoral fellow at the EUI/Florence and at the London School of Economics. He has published "Governing Europe in a Globalizing World. Neoliberalism and Its Alternatives following the 1973 Oil Crisis" (Routdlege 2018). He will publish in a few months a textbook entitled "Reinventing Europe. The History of the European Union, 1945 to the Present" (eds with B. Leucht and K. Seidel, Bloomsbury, 2023).

He has just published Europe contre Europe. Entre liberté, solidarité et puissance (Cnrs éditions, 2022), which examines how Europeans have devised and implemented original ways of organizing their continent, in particular through European integration, from 1945 to 2021.
