U.S.-China Competition: Are We Headed for a Cold War?

YAN Xuetong is a university distinguished professor of Tsinghua University .He is serving as the Dean of The Institute of International Relations at Tsinghua University and the Secretary General of the World Peace Forum. He obtained Ph.D from University of California, Berkeley in1992 and was named as one of world's Top 100 public intellectuals by the American journal Foreign Policy in 2008. He is the founder of IR moral realism and the only Chinese political scientist listed in Most Cited Chinese Researchers by Elsevier during 2014-2019. Some of his books were translated in to English, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Farsi and Albanian.

Chinese:清华大学资深教授、清华大学国际关系研究院院长、世界和平论坛秘书长。1992年毕业于美国加州伯克利大学获政治学博士学位。2008年被美国《外交政策》评为世界百名知识分子，2014-2019年连续入选爱思维尔高被引学者名单。其部分著作被译成英文、日文、韩文、波斯文和阿尔巴尼亚文。2021年获得“清华大学突出贡献奖”。
