Genomic sequencing is faster and cheaper than ever. The new bottleneck in the genomics pipeline is in the analysis, and this is where NVIDIA Parabricks and RAPIDS come in. NVIDIA Parabricks is a GPU-accelerated suite of bioinformatic tools for secondary genomic analysis, including GPU-accelerated versions of GATK and state-of-the-art deep learning-based tools such as DeepVariant for accurate variant calling. RAPIDS is an open-source, GPU-accelerated, pythonic data science framework, which can accelerate tertiary genomic analysis, including single-cell RNAseq analysis. This session will introduce you to both tools with real-world use cases.

The format is presentation with open Q&A. The event will be held virtually.
