In this “business world 101" workshop, you'll learn about a range of industries, what job functions exist in various companies, and consider how to determine those that might align with your interests.

Meet the facilitator:
Brad Greenwald '85 is the Managing Partner of venture capital firm Hilltop Venture Partners.
Brad began his career at management consulting firm Bain & Co. Brad went on to management roles (sales/marketing and operations) in several successful businesses including Time Warner Cable, and WildBlue Communications. As a venture capitalist, he has helped raise over $400 million to fund start-ups including First To File, ClinOne, Lang.ai and Project Admission. Brad founded and was CEO of media venture TidBitts and marketing services firm Education Funding Partners. Brad has taught at Princeton University, and is an Adjunct Professor of Executive MBA Strategy and Entrepreneurial programs at the University of Denver’s Daniels School of Business. Brad founded the Denver Angel Club, and has served on the Board of Directors for Colorado Public Radio, Oxfam America, Food Bank of the Rockies, and the Jewish Community Foundation. Brad is the co-Founder and Managing Director of the Evergreen National Education Prize. Brad was named a Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute and received the SOS National Community Leader Award. Brad received a B.A. from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He resides in Denver, CO with his wife and has 3 children (including Max Greenwald '17).
