Online media seems to be blowing up our civic discourse, inflaming social divisions and weakening trust. This workshop will combine brainstorming and discussion with short interviews (via Zoom) of guest speakers.

The featured guest speakers will be:
Danielle Allen, James Bryant Conant University Professor and Director, Edmond & Lily Safra Center for Ethics, Harvard University
Anna Lembke, Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science and Director of Addiction Medicine, Stanford University School of Medicine
Derek Kilmer, United States Congressman from the 6th District of Washington

The goal of this workshop is to brainstorm projects or experiments that might be undertaken at Princeton or more broadly to restore the quality of our civic spaces.
