Tea is an important part of Chinese culture. This workshop will first introduce different types of Chinese tea, including black tea, green tea, oolong tea, blend tea, and dark tea. Participants will see, smell and touch a variety of tea leaves. This will be followed by a traditional Kung Fu tea ceremony, which involves the ritual preparation and presentation of tea. A Kung Fu tea ceremony promotes harmonious tea-making and tea-drinking. Participants will have a chance to give it try. In the end, the origin and history of bubble tea will be introduced. Participants will learn and make their own bubble tea. All the tea-lovers and tea-lovers-to-be are welcome!
