Graduate Learning Workshop: Collaborating Effectively

Despite the common perception of graduate school as a solitary endeavor, bolstered by the myth of the lone scholar laboring in isolation, the reality is that academic work—like most professional work—is inherently collaborative. This workshop will explore the various ways in which scholars, professionals, and even independent researchers work in teams of varying sizes to experiment, create, write, learn, and innovate both on campus and globally. We will examine the dynamics of effective teamwork and practice essential skills for fostering collaboration, enhancing group productivity, and building positive partnerships for future academic and professional success.
