Faculty members mentor graduate students in their research, but they often serve as models for pedagogical practices as well. This workshop is designed to equip faculty members and seasoned educators with the skills and strategies necessary for effectively mentoring graduate students in their teaching roles. We will discuss strategies for guiding graduate students in their development as teachers, exploring questions such as: What do graduate students perceive as their biggest teaching challenges at Princeton? How should we approach working with our AIs? How can we help graduate students balance the demands of research and teaching?
