Do you ever feel like your success is undeserved, or as if your accomplishments are merely a result of luck? Do you often compare yourself to others? These feelings are common among graduate students and others in academia, but you don't have to confront them by yourself! In this four-part series designed to help you push back against imposter stress, supportive conversations are led by trained graduate peer coaches. Each session is designed specifically to help you learn strategies for overcoming imposter stress in a welcoming and supportive environment. Come to one event or all four, and lunch is provided.

The four workshops are:
- Confronting Imposter Stress in our Academic Lives (Wed 2/7, 12:00-1:00pm)
- Strength-spotting & Practicing Self-Compassion (Wed 2/21, 12:00-1:00pm)
- Breaking out of the Perfectionism Prison & Embracing a Growth Mindset (Wed 3/20, 12:00-1:00pm)
- Reframing “Expertise” & Setting Realistic Expectations (Wed 4/3, 12:00-1:00pm)
