Being a student-athlete poses unique challenges and opportunities. In this workshop, we’ll discuss both the athletic and academic pressures experienced by student-athletes and how we can better understand the role of those pressures in our daily lives. We’ll discuss topics such as time management, sleep and dietary habits, and general mindfulness of the student-athlete experience.

This workshop is led by Isaac Breinyn, former student-athlete and doctoral student in Princeton’s Quantitative and Computation Biology Program.
