Graduate student Lucy Partman (ART) will interview Dr. Anita Sands, James Wei Professor in Entrepreneurship. Dr. Sands, who has a PhD in atomic and molecular physics from Queen’s University Belfast, helps leaders and organizations navigate a future defined by uncertainty, disruption, and change. She serves on the board of directors of five companies (in technology, real estate, and banking) and previously held C-suite roles in financial services, where she specialized in enterprise transformation. She is also a partner at Propel Performance Group, a Forbes.com contributor (where she writes about leadership and strategy) and an international speaker. She teaches workshops on effective communication and a class on understanding gender in the startup(link is external) world at the Keller Center.
