How can you learn, ideate, prototype, and test your leadership skills to feel comfortable in your abilities as well as be confident in applying them? Leadership, like technical skills, is an acquired skill. We often admire or decry a leader based on certain attributes and decide to pick what we like or dislike. On the flipside “copying” other leaders, makes you “hide” part of your personal self to fit the mold of the “expected” professional world. As the intellectual pool is becoming more diverse - how do we adapt and recreate an environment that fosters inclusion to drive innovation and excellence?
