Based on graduate student feedback, we have added a second information session for students to learn more about the Spring 2021 Inclusive Leadership Learning Cohort and the Co-Curricular Certificate of Completion option. The primary goal of this series is to prepare graduate students with inclusive leadership skills as a way to combat systemic racism. Leaders with this skillset can help build and sustain inclusive cultures at every level within our institutions, organizations, and communities. Expert speakers from Princeton, other academic institutions, and various industries will share personal stories, practical strategies, and ways they promote individual and collective action. All members of the cohort will receive a copy of Inclusive Leadership: From Awareness to Action by Dr. Ernest Gundling and Dr. Cheryl Williams.
