Princeton University's Empower conference strives to promote diversity, equity and inclusion by celebrating and empowering academic entrepreneurs who are committed to these efforts, including those from historically underrepresented groups.

The second conference in this series, Empower 2023, will highlight and celebrate women entrepreneurs throughout academia, bringing together national thought-leaders to share actionable knowledge and tools that can help transform university discoveries into companies and ventures that advance societal and economic progress.

Admission is free for graduate students!

Empower 2023 will also feature a pitch competition. Academic spinouts committed to DEI and commercializing university-developed intellectual property are encouraged to apply. Cash and in-kind prizes for the winners! Applications due March 6, 2023.
