This session will focus on assessing the landscape of faculty roles in diverse institutions (research universities, liberal arts college and community colleges). Along with a view from the academic job market from the perspective of a DGS, we’ll benefit from data-driven insights from Academic Analytics, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, as well as hands-on exercises that engage data, the academic job market, and representative outcomes.
