Experienced scientist Andrea Morris, PhD (*99, Molecular Biology, Princeton University) is a higher education administrator with a strong commitment to diversity, access, equity, and inclusion in STEM and beyond. Join Dr. Morris as she shares how her identities, interests, and experiences shaped her non-linear career within academia, from faculty in a small liberal arts college to higher ed administration.
