Antonio Estella de Noriega is a Spanish jurist, Full Professor of Administrative Law and Jean Monnet Professor "ad personam" at the Carlos III University of Madrid . He is a renowned expert in European Union Law and in particular in the field of European Economic Governance Law, an area in which he has published the book "Legal Foundations of EU Economic Governance", Cambridge University Press (2018). He has been the Director of the Master in European Economic Governance ( Master in European Economic Governance: Law Politics and Economics ) of the Carlos III University of Madrid (Uc3m) since 2022.
