Computers are no longer static machines that have an entire room dedicated to their usage. Now commonly the size of your hand if not smaller, their applications, data, connectivity, and content are interwoven with our day to day lives. Raspberry Pi's (RPI) are single board computers roughly the size of a credit card that are favored by hobbyists, tinkerers, who want to connect their hobbies and ideas to the internet and the world beyond. This workshop will introduce the audience to the RPI via a workshop at The Council and Science and Technology’s StudioLab, and have a hands on component.
Each registration is good for one Raspberry Pi workstation. You can work by yourself or bring a guest with you to share the Pi with. Your guest does not need to register for this event.
